AI Integration
Integrate artificial intelligence meaningfully into your website and systems — from AI chatbots and semantic search to automating recurring tasks, implemented GDPR-compliant.
Use AI where it brings real value
Artificial intelligence is not an end in itself. The value comes where it handles concrete tasks faster, cheaper or better. AI integration is exactly about that: embedding proven AI models meaningfully into your website, shop or internal workflows — without hype, but with measurable results.
AI chatbots that know your content
A good AI chatbot does not answer just anything, but questions about your offering — based on your own documents, FAQ and product data (RAG). This relieves your support, qualifies requests around the clock and gives visitors immediate, relevant answers instead of making them wait in a contact form.
Semantic search and automation
A semantic search understands the meaning of a query, not just individual keywords — a big advantage for knowledge bases, document archives and large catalogues. In addition, I automate recurring tasks: classifying incoming requests, summarising text, extracting data or routing cases to the right place.
GDPR-compliant and transparent
Especially in the German-speaking region, data privacy is decisive. I implement AI solutions so it is clear which data is processed and where — with a focus on GDPR compliance, transparency and, where sensible, European or self-hosted models. That way you gain the benefits of AI without losing control over your data.
Concrete scenarios by industry
AI integration is easiest to grasp through real examples. Typical scenarios from my projects and conversations:
- Trades & service businesses: an assistant pre-qualifies enquiries — service, location, timeframe — and hands you a structured summary instead of a three-line contact form message.
- Hotels & tourism: a multilingual guest assistant answers arrival, parking and breakfast questions around the clock and noticeably relieves the front desk.
- Law firms & consultancies: incoming documents are summarised and pre-sorted before a human touches them.
- B2B & wholesale: product enquiries are matched against the catalogue automatically and prepared as a draft quote.
Data and GDPR: how I handle it in practice
In concrete terms: a data processing agreement with the AI provider, preference for EU endpoints (such as Azure OpenAI in European data centres or European providers like Mistral), contractually excluded training on your data and — wherever personal data is involved — pseudonymisation before the API call. For particularly sensitive cases, models run locally on your own server, for example with Ollama. Which level you need is something we settle upfront based on your data.
A typical project, week by week
- Week 1: sharpen the use case, review data sources, define the privacy setup.
- Weeks 2–3: a prototype built on your real content — deliberately small, but working.
- Week 4: testing with real questions from your team, fine-tuning the answers.
- From week 5: go-live with monitoring, followed by a monthly quality check.
Not sure which use case should come first? Then AI consulting is the right starting point.

API integration
Connecting OpenAI, Claude & co. to your existing website, CMS or internal systems.
What can be integrated with AI
| Application | Benefit |
|---|---|
| AI chatbot / support assistant | 24/7 answers, less support effort |
| Semantic search | Better result quality than keyword search |
| Request classification | Automatic sorting & routing |
| Text summarisation | Grasp long content in seconds |
| Data extraction from documents | No more manual entry |
| Content support in the CMS | Faster editing & drafts |
How an AI integration project runs
Where does AI bring real value — and where not?
Which data, which model, which location?
Integration into website, shop or system.
Check quality, adjust, go live.
Frequently asked questions about AI integration
Is a GDPR-compliant AI integration possible?
Yes. By choosing suitable models, clear data flows and — where needed — European or self-hosted solutions, AI can be used in a privacy-compliant way. Data protection is considered from the start.
How does the chatbot know about my company?
The chatbot is connected to your own content — FAQ, documents, product data. Using a RAG approach it answers based on these sources instead of making things up.
Which AI models do you use?
Depending on requirements: OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude) or other providers — and for high privacy demands also European or locally hosted models.
Can AI be integrated into my existing system?
Usually yes. Via APIs I connect AI to your website, CMS or internal systems, without having to rebuild everything.
AI integration for website, shop & business — GDPR-compliant
AI integration brings artificial intelligence to where it creates real value: into your website, your online shop and your daily workflows. Whether an AI chatbot for customer support, semantic search for knowledge bases or the automation of recurring tasks — I integrate AI models like OpenAI and Claude cleanly via APIs into your existing systems.
AI automation for your processes
Many tasks can be automated with AI: classifying requests, evaluating documents, summarising text or creating drafts. This saves time, reduces errors and relieves your team — at the same or better quality.
Data privacy as the foundation
Especially in Austria and across the DACH region, data privacy is decisive for AI projects. I implement solutions GDPR-compliant, with transparent data flows and, where sensible, European or self-hosted models — so you gain the benefits of AI without giving up control over your data.
